Terms of use

Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms apply to logicfeaturegrid.digital and to educational programmes offered by Logicfeaturegrid from Thailand.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or enrolling in a programme after a fit call, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid-programme rules will also be emailed to enrolled students at the address they gave us.

What this site is — and is not

Pages describe educational offerings in Retention Experiment Analytics. Pricing is informational. This website does not process payments or provide checkout. A contract for a seat is formed only when we send a written confirmation after a fit discussion, not when you submit the public form.

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, or investment advice. Course artefacts (holdout maps, memos) are teaching materials. Outcomes in your product organisation remain your responsibility.

Accounts and communications

You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any alumni-thread credentials we later issue. Do not share homework extracts that contain personal data of your customers unless you have a lawful basis and have stripped identifiers as we request in class.

Intellectual property

The Logicfeaturegrid name, wordmark, site design, syllabi, Field Notes recordings, memo templates, and written journal essays are owned by Logicfeaturegrid or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly republish them except for fair quotation of short excerpts with attribution, or as expressly allowed in a written enrolment confirmation.

Work you bring to class (your tracking plans, warehouse extracts, internal memos) remains yours. By submitting it for critique you grant us a limited licence to use it inside that teaching session and to retain an anonymised teaching note. We will not publish your identifiable internal materials without written permission.

Alumni may reuse templates internally inside their employer. They may not teach Logicfeaturegrid materials as their own public course.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, impersonate the studio, or use course materials to build a competing public syllabus that reproduces our module sequence and examples. You may not submit the contact form with automated spam. We may refuse or cancel a seat if a participant harasses others at the table.

Third-party links

Journal posts and syllabi may link to external tools or articles. Those destinations have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

The site and any complimentary materials are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Logicfeaturegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or decisions your organisation makes after reading a memo template.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to THB 3,000. Liability arising from a confirmed paid programme is limited to the fees actually paid for that programme, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct, or where Thai law requires a broader duty.

We do not warrant that experiments designed in class will produce a particular lift, that a VP will accept your memo, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility for confirmed seats is described on the Refund policy. Until a seat is confirmed in writing, no fee is due via this website.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Thai courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer under Thai law. We prefer to resolve complaints in writing first; email info@logicfeaturegrid.digital with the subject “Terms dispute.”

Severability

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver of that right.
