Refund policy

Last updated 13 August 2026. This policy applies once Logicfeaturegrid has confirmed a paid seat in writing. This website does not collect payment; refunds therefore relate to invoices settled off-site.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you are the person or company named on the invoice and the programme has not passed the windows below. Seats transferred to a colleague in the same organisation before session one are not refunds; they are substitutions and do not restart the window.

Complimentary Field Notes access granted as a courtesy (for example after a public evening) is not refundable because no fee was charged.

Timeframe

For Experiment Bench, Cohort Table, and Instrumentation or Lifecycle blocks: a full-refund request must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the first scheduled session. Requests received 13 to 5 days before the first session may receive a partial refund. From 4 days before the first session, fees are non-refundable except where we cancel or where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.

For Holdout Atelier (single session): cancel at least 48 hours before the booked slot for a full refund of that session fee. Later cancellations are non-refundable unless we reschedule at our fault.

For Field Notes (self-paced archive): you may request a full refund within 7 days of access being issued if fewer than two recordings have been streamed, as logged on our side. After that, Field Notes are non-refundable.

Full or partial refund

A full refund returns 100% of the programme fee actually paid, excluding bank charges your institution levied on the original transfer. A partial refund returns 50% of that fee when the request falls inside the 13-to-5-day window for multi-session programmes, reflecting instructor preparation already spent on your brief.

If we cancel a table or remote block for any reason other than your breach of the Terms, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a seat on the next equivalent bench.

Refund process

Email info@logicfeaturegrid.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within ten working days. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the same method as the original payment where possible (Thai bank transfer or the corporate channel on the invoice). Allow 10 to 21 working days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. We do not refund in cash at the studio.

Cancellation by you or by us

You cancel by the email process above. We cancel only if a table cannot run (instructor illness, venue closure, or insufficient confirmed seats). In a studio cancellation you choose refund or deferral; we will not pressure a deadline.

Exceptions

If a serious illness or a documented family emergency prevents attendance after the ordinary window, write to us. We may offer deferral to a later bench rather than cash, at our discretion and without creating a precedent. Statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law, where they apply, are not limited by this paragraph.

No refund is due if we reasonably terminate a seat for harassment, for sharing paid recordings, or for submitting another person’s homework as your own.
